Lemonpasta

Here's an easy and delicious vegetarian recipes that fit well for lunch. Lemon gives freshness to the pasta and vegetables are nutritious and cheap.

Ingredients: (1 serving)
 - 70-80 g pasta, preferably tagliatelle. (I had tagliatelle with spinach, because it looks green in the picture)
 - 1 clove garlic
 - 1/2 yellow onion
- 1/2 yellow pepper
 - 1/4-1/3 zucchini
- 1/4 lemon
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - Salt, pepper

So do this: Boil water for the pasta. Meanwhile, chop the garlic, slice onions, peppers and zucchini. Cook the pasta as directed on package. Fry the onion and garlic in a little olive oil for a minute, add the zucchini and peppers and cook for a few minutes over medium heat. Add salt and pepper. Turn off the heat and pour the pasta when it is ready. Return the pasta to the pan and add the lemon juice and olive oil, mix and place on a plate and pour over the vegetables. Eat immediately.
